Ivory采用的是Synthogy所特有的32-bit采样播放和DSP引擎，能够提供世界上制作最为精良的三架音乐会钢琴——德国Steinway的 D 9' Concert Grand、 Bosendorfer的290 Imperial Grand 和Yamaha 的C7 Grand——所具有的混响、响应以及其它高品质效果等。将近40G的全新采样。
◆采样来源是世界上顶级的三架音乐会钢琴Bösendorfer 290 Imperial Grand Steinway D Concert Grand Yamaha c7 Grand
◆4000多个采样
◆其中每一架钢琴的88个琴键都是在8~10个动态水平上进行采样的，甚至包括Bosendorfer上扩展过的低八度音，因此，使用者能够完全控制每一个音符的每一个细微音差。除此之外，Ivory还具有环境声、合声、均衡器等一系列高品质数字效果器和用来调节音色、立体声宽度和角度、速度响应、机械琴键噪音、音调等参数的全套用户控制器。它的每一个32-bit 采样都是不带循环的完整延音。
◆Ivory中的乐段都是由世界著名的钢琴家兼Kurzweil Music Systems钢琴模块的声音设计师和制作人Ierardi设计完成的。

硬盘接口最好是SATA或者SATA2的接口，需要midi线或者转接usb的线，需要有ASIO硬件驱动的声卡
界面翻译引用何兄帖子中的部分内容。
Program：里面预制了很多参数供不同演奏类型需要，也可自己存储，导入。
session：可以存储，导入界面右半部的参数设置。
再介绍界面中部
1.Release: 就是通常ASDR里音色释放。
2.Key Noise：键盘噪音。
3.Timbre:查字典的解释为音品, 音色, 音质，数值越大音色越明亮，相反则越闷。我觉的很象是琴板开启的角度大小。
4.Dynamic Range: 动态范围，也就是最弱音和最强音之间的范围。
5.stereo width:立体声的宽度。
在中间那个选择窗口里面选择钢琴模型。下面的选项为Release Samples （离键采样）Soft Pedal Samples（柔音踏板采样）选择开启则使用这些真实采样。
再介绍界面左边。
Sustain Resonance: 延音共鸣，有6个选项表示mic在近 中 远 不同位置的摆放来采样琴箱内的共鸣效果。
Synth Layer:合成器音色低衬，就是常说的pad，音质非常好。
Effects 里面有EQ Chorus Ambience效果器，这些就不用我多说了吧，玩音色的再不知道这些就有点。。。
再介绍界面右边。
Voices:复音数
Gain:音量增益。
Buffer Size:缓冲区大小，根据电脑情况来定，反正我是没设置过，哈哈。
Stereo Perspective：模拟Performer（演奏者）或 Audience （观众）在听觉上的效果。
还有一些调音变调的设置就不一一多讲。
Velocity:力度设置很有意思，象我的p60一般情况下最高触发值才112，所以我把最大值设置到112，他们就可以把10层采样平均分配到0到112力度层上，这个功能很好，一些有缺陷的midi键盘可以很好的做到力度映射。（高兴的很）
